Buenos Aires, February 18 (NA) -- Florencia Barraza, the mother of Kim Gómez, who was murdered at the age of seven during a violent robbery in La Plata, testified in court at the beginning of the trial for the minor's murder and reconstructed the event. According to Noticias Argentinas agency, in her statement, the victim's mother recalled the moments leading up to the attack, how they were intercepted at the traffic light in Altos de San Lorenzo, and also detailed that they forced her out of the car, threw her to the ground, got in and fled. In the back seat, Kim was wearing a seat belt, and during the getaway, the minor tried to get out, but got caught and was consequently dragged for 15 blocks. Marcos Gómez, Barraza's husband and Kim's father, emphasized his wife's strength: 'Florencia did everything she had to do'.
